Autumn Equinox Shamanic Journey: Renewing Balance$10-20 Sliding Scale
Tuesday, September 21st from 7:00 to 8:30pm on Zoom All are welcome and no previous experience is needed. During all the changes from COVID-19, we are learning again how to let go, and sink into the truth of what is present, here and now. As the closest instrument to the heart, the voice allows energy to move in ways that are sometimes surprising, sometimes powerful, and even humorous. Through a shamanic journey guided by Elizabeth Lavenue, the strength and sensitivity of our voices can combine with drumming and intention to release stagnant energy and emotions, restoring us to balance. The Autumn Equinox (Sept. 22nd) is an auspicious time to restore balance within ourselves, our relationships with others, and the planet. Here's what our journey together entails:
Elizabeth Lavenue has studied Reiki and shamanism under Frank Coppieters at the Living Light Center. Contact Elizabeth with questions here, or register below and you'll receive the Zoom link a few days prior to the event. |
"Nowadays, in non-indigenous cultures, shamanism is studied and practiced as a life path. Following a shamanistic perspective, individuals seek to be in relationship with the spirit in all things. They seek to use information and guidance from non-ordinary reality to intentionally form their own life experience. This perspective is not inherently contradictory of any religious practice that allows a person to be in direct relationship with whatever they perceive as a higher power."
